I-476 Traffic Accident

On Wednesday September 10th at 9:41am the Springfield Fire Company was dispatched to I-476 Northbound at Mile Marker 4.1 for a Motor Vehicle Accident with Entrapment.  Units arriving on scene found a three vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer, a tri-axle dump truck and a limousine. There was no entrapment, and both the driver and passenger of the limousine had only minor injuries.

Units on location were, TAC 44, Rescue 44, Rescue 51, Ambulance 44-7, Medic 106, Medic 106-9, Medic and Ambulance 23 and the Pennsylvania State Police.
